Winter Fanfare

We went to the “Winter Fanfare” Holiday Concert presented by Upper Canada Choristers on December 5. The event was a wonderful combination of different cultures’ perspectives on the winter holiday, as expressed through music.

The Upper Canada Choristers is a community choir which sings in a variety of venues around the city: hospitals, nursing homes, senior residences and other places where the residents are limited in their mobility and therefore cannot go out to explore music. They also sing in other locations and funding concerts through which they finance their work. They have a wide diversity of repertoire as well as a diversity of members.

The exrsptiee shines through. Thanks for taking the time to answer.

  2. When I mentioned not being ready, I didn’t mean in the “I need to be perfect” way. No one will ever be perfect, because we’re human and that’s the way it is. But I do believe that we can be ready emotionally and spiritually. I believe that someday God will determine I’m ready to share my life with a wonderful man. Until then, I wait.Thank you for sharing your thoughts.Cassi
