Christmas Morning

We got up early this morning: Tim made me waffles. (You’ve got to understand… waffles are a lot like lasagna. I love them; Tim hates to make them. So I only get home-made lasagna once a year: my birthday. Waffles are a bit more random; I think the waffle iron was still packed up from the move.) So I was happy to get up for our Christmas celebration. Note the coffee (essential on a morning where my routine is shattered) and my favourite: the maple syrup dispenser, which we affectionately refer to as the “talking syrup”. That dispenser has been around almost as long as I have.

There are more pictures from Christmas 2014 on my Flickr site.

With such happy times in mind, I do wish all my readers a happy holiday: and a joyful new year!
